Quarterly Networking Breakfast

Join the Fort Detrick Alliance at Hood College-Whitaker Campus Center for our first networking breakfast of 2021 on Tuesday October 26.
Since Covid-19 emerged in early 2020, businesses have been impacted many ways. As we begin to get closer to that “normal” we all felt pre-covid, the business landscape has been changing. Today businesses are not only seeing a lack of workforce returning to the office, they have also been impacted by what is being termed, “The Great Resignation”. Workers are leaving the workforce in search of other opportunities, early retirement or realizing they can adjust their lifestyles to accomodate changes in their work habits. As workers leave a large amount of knowledge and wisdom is going with them. Amanda will be speaking on how you can transition your workforce while keeping your office running smoothly. Adam will discuss ways that you can help your workforce adjust to the changes no matter if they are a fresh college graduate or a long term employee.
