Ms. Cheryl Hull is the Director of Operations at the Frederick Office of The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF). The Henry M.
Jackson Foundation is a private, not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to support military medical research and education throughout military medicine. In 2003, she joined HJF as the Chief Financial Officer for the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center at Fort Detrick. Then in December 2006, she helped set up HJF’s first headquarters satellite office outside Fort Detrick. As the Director of Operations, she is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with industry, business, government customers and potential customers. Cheryl helps to identify and pursue market opportunities for expansion of the Foundation’s business. In addition, she helps support over 50 employees at Fort Detrick, recruit for new positions, provide program management over numerous contracts and provide pre/post grants and assistance agreement management. Everyday Cheryl feels honored to be working for HJF and supporting military medical community.
Ms. Hull holds degrees from Mount Saint Mary’s University and Towson University. She also serves on the board for Women In Defense Greater Frederick Chapter as the Director of Programs and previously served for the chapter as President and Vice President.
